School-Specific Registration Information

New Families:  You will receive information regarding school placement, start date, and other information from your child's school.
 
Parent Portal:  Families who are new to the district will receive Parent Portal login information by email before the start of the school year.
 
Online Fee PaymentsCurrent school year fees are assigned to the children in late August. A notification will be sent via De Pere Messenger when fees are assigned and available to pay through your Parent Portal.
 
Families qualifying for transportation:  Lamers will send bus information before the start of the school year.

Required to Complete Enrollment / Registration

Parent / Physician Medication Form This form requires both the parent and the physician to complete for a student to receive medication during the school day. Yes, if applicable
Parent Volunteer Form
This form authorizes the school district to complete a background check allowing you to volunteer at schools or on field trips. 
NOTE: This form need only be submitted once for the duration of your family's enrollment in our district. If you submitted this form after July 1, 2019, do not submit an additional form.
