403B/457 Plan Information
Section 403(b) Tax Sheltered Annuity Program
The Tax-Sheltered Annuity Program is a supplemental retirement savings program authorized by section 403(b) of the Internal Revenue Code. Eligible employees can enroll at any time. Through the TSA Program you can invest a portion of your income for retirement on a pre-tax basis. Participation in the TSA Plan is voluntary. You make the entire contribution; there is no employer match.
TSA Consulting Group is the third party administrator of the District's 403(b) plan.

Section 457 Deferred Compensation Program
The Sec. 457 Deferred Compensation Program is a supplemental retirement savings program, regulated by Section 457 of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). It is available to all employees. Through the Sec. 457 Program, you can invest a portion of your income for retirement on a pre-tax basis. Participation in the TSA Plan is voluntary. FICA Alternative Retirement Plan
Effective July 1, 2020, employees who do not participate in the Wisconsin Retirement System through their employment with the District will be required to participate in the FICA Alternative Retirement Plan. The FICA Alternative Retirement Plan is through Precision Retirement Group and is administered by Pelion Benefits.
