Classroom Farm to School Sample Recipe:
 
"Green & Gold" Smoothies
 
4 cups of canned pineapple with juice
4 cups (handfuls) of washed greens (kale, spinach) 
3-4 bananas
 
Blend until smooth, approximately 1 minute.
