We invite you to explore working in the Unified School District of De Pere. Our annual enrollment is more than 4,500 students and growing, and we employ more than 500 staff among our six schools and district office. De Pere is ranked #1 in academic achievement in Brown County, and is #13 among Wisconsin's 368 school districts based on the Wisconsin Dept. of Public Instruction's 2022-2023 School Report Cards. Thank you for your interest in pursuing employment within the Unified School District of De Pere! The Unified School District of De Pere utilizes the services of the Wisconsin Education Career Access Network (WECAN) for submission of all application materials electronically. 

  • Applications will only be accepted when there is a vacancy. 
  • Email and/or paper copies of application materials will no longer be considered unless stated otherwise in the position posting.

Step 1: Go to the Wisconsin Education Career Access Network (WECAN) home page to create an account or log in using your existing WECAN account to apply to any of our current open positions.

Step 2: Once you are logged in, you will be directed to the Applicant Dashboard where you will be able to create or modify your standard application, search vacancies, and apply for a position.

WECAN was designed to create a more efficient networking system for job applicants and school districts in the State of Wisconsin. WECAN requests detailed information and it's recommended to have all pertinent information, including address and phone numbers of previous employers and references readily available before beginning the application.
