Playground Monitors - The District is seeking Playground Monitors at our three (3) elementary schools and at Foxview Intermediate School. We use Playground Monitors before-school, for morning recess, over the lunch hour, for afternoon recess, and after school. Positions are 5 days a week. Most Playground Monitors work 2 - 3.5 hours per day with the opportunity to pick up additional hours by subbing when other monitors are absent. Pay is $16.78 per hour. 2nd Shift Custodians - These are full-time, year round positions. School Nutrition Substitutes - We are seeking substitutes for our School Nutrition department. Perform basic school nutrition duties to support school nutrition operations at our six (6) schools. administrative and other positions

Director of Human Resources

Under the Direction of the Superintendent, responsible for all Human Resources activities of a 500+ employee school district, including but not limited to: employment/staffing, compensation and benefits, FMLA administration, Workers Compensation, volunteer administration and employee relations. 

This position will have a 260-day contract. Compensation for the position will be regionally competitive and commensurate with experience.

The successful candidate could come from the following backgrounds: 1) An individual with sucessful experience in educational administration who is looking to expand their administrative experience 2) An experienced K-12 Human Resources professional 3) an experienced Human Resources professional outside of education.

A Master's degree in Educational Adminstration, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field strongly preferred.

The selected candidate will collaborate with the Director of Communications to brand and market the District's internal and external image, and with the District's administative team on certified and classified staff professional development activities including a broader scope professional learning plan.
