Registration

Thank you for considering enrollment in the Unified School District of De Pere. Our goal is to provide each student with an outstanding educational experience in our schools and in the community.

The information below outlines the process for enrolling your child in the District. 

In addition, each of our buildings provides School Specific Registration Information for families.

There is a separate Annual Registration process, beginning in late spring, for students who already are enrolled. Families will be notified when this process opens.

for students New to the District 

New student enrollment is now open.

  • You must use a desktop or laptop computer to complete the online enrollment/registration.
  • The system does NOT work with tablets or smartphones.
  • The system does not work well with the Safari browser. We recommend using Chrome.

Use this link to access your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account.

Once logged in, click the 3 horizontal bars in the top left corner then, "More", then, "Online Registration".
 
If you require assistance accessing your Parent Portal, please contact your building secretary or Joanne DiSalvi, District Registrar at, 920-983-9174. ext 4106.

Use this link to enroll your student(s). 

An Infinite Campus Parent Portal account will be created for you after your application is processed and your child is enrolled.

 

*Note: When registering a new 4K student in Infinite Campus, you will see a link to the 4K Placement Request survey in the “Student” tab.  You must click on that link and complete the form. The system will not allow you to move forward in the registration without clicking on the link to complete the survey.

Enrollment kiosks and staff assistance are available at all school buildings and the District Office. Please call ahead to make an appointment. Have the following documents and information with you to complete registration:

  • Proof of Residency - signed closing documents or lease
  • Proof of Age - birth certificate or vaccination records
  • Emergency Contacts - names and phone numbers
  • Primary Doctor - name and phone number
