Thank you for considering enrollment in the Unified School District of De Pere. Our goal is to provide each student with an outstanding educational experience in our schools and in the community.
The information below outlines the process for enrolling your child in the District.
In addition, each of our buildings provides School Specific Registration Information for families. If you are registering a student for 5K, be sure to check out our Kindergarten Information page which applies to all elementary schools.
There is a separate Annual Registration process in June for students who already are enrolled. Families will be notified when this process opens.
for students New to the District
Registration for new students for 2023-2024, is open.
Annual Registration for existing students is open. Please complete the Annual Registration for your student(s) by June 30.
- You must use a desktop or laptop computer to complete the online enrollment/registration.
- The system does NOT work with tablets or smartphones.
- The system does not work well with the Safari browser. We recommend using Chrome.
FOR CURRENT FAMILIES ADDING A NEW STUDENT:
I have a child currently enrolled in De Pere Schools and want to enroll another child. Follow the steps below:
Use this link to access your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account.
Once logged in, click the 3 horizontal bars in the top left corner then, "More", then, "Online Registration".
FOR FAMILIES NEW TO THE DISTRICT:

An Infinite Campus Parent Portal account will be created for you after your application is processed and your child is enrolled.
*Note: When registering a new 4K student in Infinite Campus, you will see a link to the 4K Placement Request survey in the “Student” tab. You must click on that link and complete the form. The system will not allow you to move forward in the registration without clicking on the link to complete the survey.
Enrollment kiosks and staff assistance are available at all school buildings and the District Office. Please call ahead to make an appointment. Have the following documents and information with you to complete registration:
- Proof of Residency - signed closing documents or lease
- Proof of Age - birth certificate or vaccination records
- Emergency Contacts - names and phone numbers
- Primary Doctor - name and phone number
