The 2025 USDD Community Survey solicited input from staff; students in grades 4-12; families of students attending USDD schools; and District residents who are not employed by the District and do not have children currently attending a USDD school. The survey opened on Monday, December 1, 2025, and closed on Wednesday, December 31, 2025. School Perceptions, Inc., conducted the survey and compiled the results. 

The Unified School District of De Pere appreciates the feedback provided in this survey. Our reputation for academic and extracurricular excellence is based in large part on listening to and incorporating feedback from this survey and other tools.
