Domain Name and Copyright
The District has registered its domain name(s) for the purpose of exclusive Internet identification. The District asserts copyright, trademark, and/or other intellectual property rights in its domain name, district identification, district logo, and all content on the District's website(s).  All rights are reserved. Outside parties, including parents, patrons, or outside organizations may not use District and/or school domain names in connection with the publication of web content. Under no circumstances shall any party use District and/or school domain names to promote political issues, causes, or candidates.
Use of Personal Information
We do not collect any personal information unless you voluntarily provide it by sending an email, participating in a survey, or completing an online form. Personal information submitted will not be transferred to any non-affiliated third parties unless otherwise stated at the time of collection, except as may be required pursuant to the Wisconsin Public Records Law. When a user submits personally identifiable information, it is only used for the purpose stated at the time of collection.

The USDD website may contain links to other sites. USDD is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. We encourage users of the USDD site, when they leave our site, to read the privacy statements of each and every site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this website.
Student Developed Web Pages
All web pages created by students and student organizations on the District's computer system will be subject to treatment as school-sponsored publications. As such, the District reserves the right to exercise editorial control over such publications.
Events
Visitors rely on information on the website at their own risk. Times and dates are subject to change and spectators or audiences are strongly encouraged to contact the school for the most recent schedule.
Images and Video
Web pages may contain a student's photograph with accompanying name for publications including online District/School website, award recognition, newsletters, etc. consistent with our District student privacy policy.
Google Analytics
Like most standard website servers, USDD uses website statistical packages such as Google Analytics to analyze trends in the access and utilization of the site. Information monitored includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, geographic location of visitors (country, city), browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, time spent on pages, and keywords used to find our site via search engines. This information is anonymous and cannot be directly linked to individual users. We may use it to identify and update areas on our site of high- and low-use, to pinpoint a specific problem with the site, to analyze broad trends of our visitors, and to make decisions about the locations to place content, making it easier for users to navigate our website.
