What is academic and career planning?

Academic and Career Planning (ACP) is student-driven and adult-supported. Students create their own unique, information-based visions for post-high school success via self-exploration, career exploration and development of career management and planning skills.

There are four phases of ACP-- KNOW, EXPLORE, PLAN, GO. Activities begin in intermediate school and continue through high school.
