Child Development Screening

The district conducts Child Development Screenings using the Ages and Stages Questionnaire. This is a free service to any resident of the Unified School District of De Pere with a child ages 2 years 9 months to 4 years 6 months (who is not currently enrolled in 4K). You simply fill out a questionnaire answering a series of questions regarding how your young child is progressing in meeting developmental milestones.  The questionnaire is available online between October and March.
